The Tunnel includes 2 (TR300), 3 (TR300/6) or 5 (TR400-10) modules of refrigerate, each one with 2 length meters. The cooling process is performed by a cooled air loop by a termo-regulator. The colling process allows to obtain the desired crystallization of the chocolate. The temperature is set by an electronic thermostat below -8ºC
An inverter controls the speed of the conveyor from 0.55 to 1.6 meters /minute. The tunnel is assembled by adjustable feet.
